The specialisation Business Analytics
As organisations embed analytics into pricing, marketing, finance and operations, the critical skill is to connect technical models with accountable managerial decisions. Business leaders must frame the right questions, challenge assumptions, communicate uncertainty and ensure that predictive and generative systems produce measurable value without undermining trust.
This pathway develops analytically fluent managers who can translate business problems into data projects, evaluate models and lead evidence-based change.
