Accessibility

SCBS undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005 and the RGAA standards in force.

Compliance status

The SCBS site has not yet been audited for RGAA compliance.
In the absence of a full audit, the site’s accessibility cannot be accurately assessed at this time.

Best practices already in place

From the outset of the site’s design, several best practices were integrated to anticipate digital accessibility:

  • Semantic markup respected: hierarchical titles (<h1>, <h2>etc.), structuring zones (<header>, <nav>, <hand>, <footer>).
  • Alternative texts for images: alt attributes filled in for non-decorative visuals.
  • Accessible forms: correct association of fields and labels (<label for=”…”), mandatory fields.
  • Explicit links: labels that can be understood out of context.
  • Document language specified (lang=”fr” on the <html> element).
  • ARIA attributes and roles used where relevant: aria-label for icons, aria-current=”page” for active elements, aria-hidden=”true” for decorative elements.
  • Support pages: addition of a “Site map” and this dedicated “Accessibility” page.

Planned improvements

  • RGAA compliance audit on a representative sample of pages.
  • Implementation of an action plan following this audit (e.g. focus management, media alternatives, keyboard navigation).
  • This declaration is updated after corrections.
