Living in Troyes

The region is currently third out of 44 in the L’Etudiant rankings for “Attractiveness”, due to its appeal to students from all over the world. The diversity of sectors and the excellence of its teaching teams make the region one of the leading academic centres in the country.

The region offers over 170 courses (BTS, DUT, Preparatory Classes for the Grandes Ecoles, Bachelors, Masters, Engineering degrees, etc.) in a multitude of fields and subjects.

With over 10,800 students enrolled for the 2018-2019 academic year, numbers are constantly increasing.

The actions put in place by the city mean that students succeed in their studies, flourish and get involved on a daily basis in a region bursting with student activities and events (societies, cultural and sports activities, etc.).

A historic centre that vibrates to the rhythm of cultural and sporting events: the Clés de Troyes (student festivities in September), the Nuits de Champagne music festival (October), concert halls, exhibitions, literary meetings with personalities, rollerblading and cycling tours, the Christmas race, the Champagne road festival…
Les Grands Lacs: 20 minutes from Troyes, the Forêt d’Orient Regional Nature Park offers several sport activities (kayaking, hiking, sailing, jet skiing, etc.).
