Immersion in a company is the best basis for successful vocational integration, as you put what you’ve learned into practice. For this reason, all our students, regardless of the course they follow, must complete work placements (of varying lengths) or work-study programmes during their degree.
Hosting an SCBS student on a work placement gives you a young, dynamic member of staff to help carry out operational missions in the long or short term.
Hosting an SCBS student on a work-study programme means training a future employee in one of your roles and your methods. They become immersed in your corporate culture and learn your expertise, while helping your company develop.
Thanks to our tools, you can attract all our student profiles and offer them your vacant positions

Objectif Carrière (Career Objective)
Every year, the SCBS Business Relations and Careers service organises recruitment events for all its students.
These key moments involve a large number of companies and are a chance to:
- Discover the companies, sectors of activity, jobs and expertise
- Find work placements or work-study contracts, essential parts of the course
- Meet professionals and create a network
In collaboration with our partner Mc Arthur Glen, we regularly offer our students jobs in their stores, at weekends and during the Sales periods.
The Connext event brings together tourism professionals and students from the Y SCHOOLS ecosystem (the Troyes-Paris-Metz School of Tourism, the Design School and SCBS). The purpose of this event is to promote meetings and exchanges between students and companies’ HR departments, to improve recruitment processes. Organised like speed dating, students have 15 minutes to convince each company and vice versa! A unique event for tourism professionals and their successors. Meetings, networking, drinks and a chance to share your experience and maybe find what you’re looking for. An opportunity for students to find out more about the companies in the industry.
Many partner companies work alongside us to create courses in line with market expectations. They entrust us with collaborative, educational projects to give our students an experience that is as close to reality as possible. They are involved as experts in some of our course modules. They host interns and work-study students in their organisation. They participate in the selection panels for future students. They have privileged access to all our events. And much more!
Thanks to these solid, sustainable partner companies, we can develop quality courses recognised by local economic players.
